i was first called “jay ban” when a friend of mine was writing my name on an envelope, and got as far as “jay ban” before stopping because she couldn’t spell “banasiak.” the name stuck, and here I am.
i am currently the associate pastor of clemmons presbyterian church in clemmons, north carolina, and the proud youth director of a group of youth who named themselves GOOTH…which stands for, believe it or not, “group of youth.”
